Affordable Care Act Season is HERE! Palmetto Community Action Partnership is hosting a FREE sign-up event for individuals who are uninsured or who need to change the health coverage they have through the Affordable Care Act (a.k.a “ObamaCare”). Certified ACA agents will help attendees use the Federal Marketplace (healthcare.gov) to apply for coverage, discounts and subsidies before the deadline. The average sign-up time is only 10 minutes! Many citizens will be eligible for free or deeply discounted monthly premiums. Join us January 30th at the John L. Dart Library from 10:30am-1:30pm to register. Though walk-ins are welcome, you can schedule an appointment time by calling 843-730-3354. View the flier HERE!
