Effective immediately, individuals seeking a utility assistance grant for electric bills through the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) will only be able to receive help once during the 2018 calendar year (1/1/18 – 12/31/18).
This department provides financial literacy classes, one-on-one budgeting sources, free VITA tax preparation and housing stability.
