Former Palmetto CAP program participant and CEO of The Saving Shannie Foundation, Deanna Miller Berry, was named the recipient of the 2017 Sargent Shriver Achievement Award at the National Community Action Partnership Convention in front of more than 1,200 anti-poverty advocates from across the country.
